Greetings
I came to Tokyo alone when I was in high school to enroll in a music high school. Until then, exploring the piano was all I could do, but talking about music with friends of various musical instruments and putting myself in an environment where ensembles can be done is a new world. It also seemed like I had stepped in. And if one day I was involved in teaching, I became strongly motivated to create an environment where I could experience this excitement.
I think it is very important to get to know the tones and playing styles of other instruments at an early stage, not just ensembles, in order to play your own instrument with great sensitivity.
Practicing an instrument is a daunting task, but I think it's only when you're able to move the listener's heart that you realize the real music.
And when you're able to explore the music you're aiming for, practicing becomes very interesting. However, sensitivity does not grow if you stay in the room. You will also need to experience a lot of nature, play sports, study, and play to your heart's content. I think that leads to good music.
I will do our best to get the students to say that they like music without hesitation. Then, I will realize the true fun of music and aim for music education that will always be close to my heart.
